challenges the fine line between definition and intuition. Whether exploring the darker side of word play with sculptural installations or painting grandiose equestrian dreamscapes, Sullivan finds playful ways to integrate both equine and canine imagery into a contemporary art context. Works exploring the Domestic and Domesticated invite the viewer to contemplate the visceral relationship between woman and beast.
Sullivan earned her MFA from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY in 2011. She currently resides in Detroit, MI where she is accepting commisions and creative opportunities. Resume and CV available upon request.
